Even when our buildings are closed, the Warren County Library offers downloadable and streaming content to meet your educational and recreational needs. With an internet connection, a valid library barcode, and your PIN (usually the last four digits of your phone number), the services below are available 24/7. Image result for logo cloud library  Cloud Library is the incredibly simple way to access free e-books right on your smart phones, tablets, or computers. Our collection includes a wide variety of fiction and nonfiction for kids, teens, and adults. For most Android and Apple devices, it's as simple as downloading the free app, plugging in your library barcode and PIN, and selecting a book to read. Check out our collection here. Gale Virtual Reference Library contains nonfiction and research titles available anywhere you have internet access. Find books on biography, business, history, law, medicine, nation and world, religion, philosophy, and social science. Go here to login

Tumblebooks are animated, talking picture books which teach kids the joy of reading in a format they’ll love. There are also videos, audiobooks, and fun games. 

 Capstone Ebooks are interactive ebooks for elementary age children. The books cover a variety of subjects, genres, and reading levels. Each book is supported by spoken-word audion making them perfect for beginning readers, struggling readers, and ESL students.

Image result for smart apple media Smart Apple Ebooks cover a variety of topics including biographies, early literacy, geography, and science and technology. These books are geared towards students in kindergarten through 5th grade.


3M Cloud Library is also home to a large selection of downloadable audiobooks.  Check out our collection here. Hoopla  Hoopla is a groundbreaking digital media service that allows you to borrow movies, music, audiobooks, ebooks, comics and TV shows to enjoy on your computer, tablet, or phone!  Set up a free account with your library card.  You can check out a maximum of five items per month.  Loan periods for movies and TV are three days, music are seven days and e-book and e-audiobooks are for twenty-one days.



RBdigital Magazines (formerly Zinio) is a service that allows you to read full-color digital copies of over 80 magazine titles. There are no waiting lists and you never have to return them! Available for the Mac, PC, Apple & Android mobile devices. Check out our collection here.
