Catherine Dickson Hofman Branch (Blairstown), Meeting Room

We'll explore the science and engineering of the Native Americans. After learning about the different conditions prominent tribes across North America encountered, we'll test out different engineering principles they used to create their homes. Then we'll use our knowledge to recreate different Native American dwellings or imagine what they would build if they were exploring new frontiers like Mars! For ages 5 to 12.
