Unwind and de-stress at your weekly adult coloring time.  We provide the colored pencils and coloring sheets, soothing music and some snacks.  All you need to do is relax and color.  Ages 18 and above.  Please, no children. Registration is requested, but not mandatory. You can sign up online or at the branch.

Help save the planet!  Become a citizen scientist to make observations, record data and take photographs of all the bugs in and around our library.  Our observations will help research scientists determine what actions should be taken to ensure a healthy local environment!

Northeast Branch (Independence)

The Northeast Branch first opened in February of 1993. In November 2009, the Warren County Freeholders purchased the Best Fruit Farm Building as the future home of the branch. After a year of renovations, in May 2011, staff and a group of 153 volunteers moved the branch to our new location. The new facility has become a community center with its meeting rooms, public access computers, and quiet reading area. We strive to offer programs of interest to both children and adults as well as being a focal point for community interaction.
