The Makey Makey is an amazing circuit board that allows kids to design and build contraptions that interact with the computer. Whether your's creating a piano out of play-doh or a cardboard game controller, the Makey Makey makes it easy for kids to experience physical computing. For this activity, it is helpful to have some experience with the Scratch coding language. Scratch is available online, for free at http://scratch.mit.edu. Contact Makerspace Coordinator, Sandy Roberts, at sroberts@warrenlib.org to learn more.
