NJSL + Partners Literacy Project Access Navigators

Do you need to improve your computer skills? Looking for a job or want to start a business? Our Southwest Branch is part of the "Access Navigator Project" funded through the American Recovery Plan Act and has a skilled trainer to provide individualized assistance to persons seeking employment, job training, or digital competence. The program will also provide training in computer-based applications; assistance with resumes and job searching; electronic learning aids and resources to teach and enhance digital literacy skills. Entrepreneurs seeking to launch their new businesses will also receive help from the Access Navigators, among other needs.

Meet Our Access Navigator, Tani Mills

Tani brings over twenty-five years of experience in the field of Human Resources Management and is a senior executive running a social enterprise with a focus on the small business community.  She provides individual instruction and coaching to assist you in advancing your learning goals. Some of the services that you can access are:
Individual / Group Digital Literacy classes
Career coaching and job search support
Resume, cover letter, and job application support
Job interview prep including gaps in work history
Support in completing other types of forms or applications for supportive services
