Reserve a Small Study Room

The Richard D. Gardner Branch has two small study rooms equipped with a computer, which are available for educational uses (i.e.-studying, testing, and collaborative schoolwork) and online communication (i.e.- Skype, online meetings, or webinars). 

How It Works

  • Rooms are available by reservation only.
  • You must be a Warren County Library member in good standing.
  • You must be 18 years old or older.
  • Minors are not allowed to use the study rooms, even when accompanied by an adult.
  • You may use a study room for a maximum of 3 hours each day (Monday – Saturday). 
  • Room occupancy is limited to 2 persons.
  • Rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Rooms can be reserved one week in advance.
  • Members using the study rooms must adhere to all library policies, including, but not limited to the Computer and Internet Use Policy and Code of Conduct

Small Study Room Policy 

 

Reserve a Study Room Online
Select the date, which room you want to reserve, and the time.
Fill out the online form with your contact information. Click on Next.
Review the information and click on Reserve.
